Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
Standard shipping (3-5 business days): $6.95 flat rate for orders under $50.
Expedited shipping (2-3 business days): $14.95.
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon!

Refund Policy — All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement.
Digital e-books are non-refundable once downloaded due to their instant-access nature.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
